Olá! I'm Danilo Prado, or Dan for short. Originally from Brazil, I'm now living in Ireland. I moved across continents to explore the world, experience new cultures, food, and connections, and I've completely fallen in love with the Emerald Isle.

With over 18 years of experience, I've worked across various design disciplines including graphic, branding, web design, web development, and product design. I have a bachelor's in Digital Design and a professional diploma in UX Design.

For the past six years, I'm fully focused on UI, UX, and Product Design. From wireframes to polished prototypes in Figma, I ensure that products are consistent and adhere to design system patterns and guidelines.
I validate my designs through user testing, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the user experience.

My background as a front-end developer is a valuable asset, enabling me to collaborate effectively with design quality assurance teams to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces to end users.

My vast experience and wide range of skills make me confident in tackling even the most challenging tasks.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity designs.
Design with a strong focus on user needs, ensuring seamless and accessible experiences across all features.
Use Figma to design user flows and fully interactive prototypes to effectively communicate the final vision of the designs.
Support Teamwork's design system by creating new components, refining existing ones, and ensuring adherence to design system standards and guidelines.

Provide high fidelity prototypes using Adobe XD, InVision and Protopie.
Design marketing materials for Net Affinity communication.
Time quote, manage and delegate tasks within the department.
Supervise the design team to ensure that all work is delivered with highquality standard, excellent UX and Ul and awareness of tech limitations.

Lead meetings with design team to discuss trends, inspiration, tools, SOPs,motivate and promote creativity.
